For newsletter subscribers:
\n\u2013 Email address, and if provided by the subscriber: first and last name<\/p>\n

For other registered individuals:
\n\u2013 Customer number, first name, last name, street address, postal code, city, country, phone number, and email address
\n\u2013 Customer satisfaction information, feedback on services, and other data provided with customer consent, such as online feedback forms, postal feedback, complaints, and customer satisfaction survey results
\n\u2013 Booking information (e.g., past and future bookings)
\n\u2013 Data related to service usage: purchase and cancellation details
\n\u2013 Payment method and payment behavior information (including delayed payments) as well as billing details
\n\u2013 Legal consent or objection to direct marketing, distance selling, and other direct marketing activities (e.g., opting out of the newsletter mailing list)
\n\u2013 Membership in customer benefit programs and necessary details to receive benefits
\n\u2013 Hobbies and interests
\n\u2013 Other information collected with customer consent (e.g., mobility restrictions, disabilities, or medical conditions necessary for service provision)<\/p>\n

Personal data is not used for automated decision-making that would have legal or similar effects on customers.<\/p>\n

Owners, maintenance staff, key providers, and cleaning personnel have access to customer data related to their specific accommodations. Access to the system is granted only with a personal username and password provided by the system administrator.<\/p>\n

Newsletter subscriber information is stored in Lost in Lapland\u2019s MailChimp account.<\/p>\n

Individuals processing personal data are bound by confidentiality obligations and penalties as stipulated by the Personal Data Act.<\/p>\n

Right to Inspect and Correct Data<\/strong><\/p>\n

The registered individual has the right to inspect their personal data stored in the register. To request an inspection, the individual must contact the responsible person listed above. One inspection request per year is free of charge for the registered individual.<\/p>\n

The registered individual also has the right to request the correction of incorrect data. The correction request must specify the incorrect information and provide the corrected details. To request a correction, the individual must contact the responsible person listed above.<\/p>\n

Other Rights of the Registered Individual<\/strong><\/p>\n

The registered individual has the right to prohibit the use of their personal data for legally defined purposes.<\/p>\n
