Holiday home owners have access to a free Owner Portal where they can check their property’s booking status. The portal allows owners to make and cancel their own reservations at any time, 24/7. Additionally, it provides booking reports (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) and occupancy rates.
The Owner Portal is completely free to use. You will receive a personal login and password from Lost in Lapland. Maintenance staff and cleaners can also view booking details through their own portal access.
