Joining us is completely free: No internet, membership, annual, or marketing fees. We operate on a commission-based model, meaning you only incur costs (cleaning, maintenance) when we secure a booking for your holiday home. We value our partners and strive to provide you with the best possible service.
Owner Portal
Holiday home owners have access to a free Owner Portal where they can check their property’s booking status. The portal allows owners to make and cancel their own reservations at any time, 24/7. Additionally, it provides booking reports (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) and occupancy rates.
The Owner Portal is completely free to use. You will receive a personal login and password from Lost in Lapland. Maintenance staff and cleaners can also view booking details through their own portal access.

Marketing
We promote your holiday home for free through our newsletters, Google Ads, social media, and website.
Maintenance service
We can offer a maintenance agreement for your holiday home, or you can choose to handle maintenance yourself.
